• Tender baby octopus with grilled chorizo sausage, roquette leaves & a drizzle of white balsamic

• Tiger prawns in a light lime batter with a crispy noodle salad & home made sweet chilli sauce

• Garlic prawns in a traditional cream sauce served on a bed of steamed jasmine rice

• Salad of slow roast duckling, chorizo sausage & calamari with roquette leaf & macadamia nuts

• Fresh prawn, smoked salmon & avocado salad with citrus dressing & sweet dried cranberries

• Fish of the day either grilled or battered with fries & salad

• Dozen dressed oysters (your choice of topping, max 3) with fresh prawns, seafood sauce & garden salad

• Fresh N.S.W crayfish with fresh prawns in a delicate salad of baby fig, sweet cranberries & soft herbs

• Chicken breast stuffed with brie, semi dried tomato, baby spinach & avocado served on a creamy risotto

• Seafood plate for one, mud Crab, ½ dozen oysters, fresh prawns & fried fish with a garden salad.

• Seafood platter for two with whole crayfish, blue swimmer crabs, Balmain bugs, prawns, natural oysters, smoked mussels, seasonal fruit, fried fish, prawns, calamari, fries & salad
