We've been working hard to bring you a fresh and delicious offering that's based around regional fresh ingredients, which means you're going to see new options on your plate that are a delight for your eyes as well as for your stomach!
Our approach is simple: we want to offer you the best possible experience in terms of quality, flavour and value. As such, we source our ingredients from local farmers who care about their land and animals as much as we do.
You'll also find some truly delicious accompaniments like Gippsland Jersey cream and butter. We use Gulaga Gold black truffles from Dignam’s Creek to further enrich the flavour of the butter, this accompanies the honey and oatbread sourdough rolls—which are baked fresh daily by our local baker, Wild Rye’s in Pambula.
The ricotta gnocchi, and duck and pork terrine are made fresh in-house. The spiced
pasture-raised Mareema quail arrives from the beautiful Wombeyan Caves, located north of Goulburn.
Our tender and juicy Riverina Black Angus free-range, grain-fed eye fillet is supplied from a collective of farms in Southern NSW, and the
distinctly flavoured, sustainably farmed premium Coral Coast Barramundi grows in Bowen, North Queensland.
